Completed technical training (technical apprenticeship, technical school, master craftsman, HTL or similar)
Experience in the service or spare parts business is an advantage
Ideally very good handling of common ERP systems, MS Office and AutoCad
SCOPE OF DUTIES
Processing international customer enquiries (French)
Active contact with customers (service, maintenance, spare parts, complaints)
First-level support in customer service - first point of contact for the customer
Master data maintenance in the ERP system
