Employees Technical Customer Service (m/f)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Talent for languages (French) 
  • Completed technical training (technical apprenticeship, technical school, master craftsman, HTL or similar)
  • Experience in the service or spare parts business is an advantage
  • Ideally very good handling of common ERP systems, MS Office and AutoCad


SCOPE OF DUTIES

  • Processing international customer enquiries (French)
  • Active contact with customers (service, maintenance, spare parts, complaints)
  • First-level support in customer service - first point of contact for the customer
  • Master data maintenance in the ERP system
