Training certificate
In order to obtain a training certificate, training must first have taken place at Ascendor at the company location. This is available for every product and can be completed on request with the responsible key account manager. In addition, the content is customised to your requirements in order to achieve the best possible learning outcome. You will receive a printed copy of the training programme immediately after the course (or online if required).
How does recertification as a retailer work?
You can choose from various options. These are:
- Participation in 2 webinars
- Participation in the Ascendor Partner Conference
- Successful completion of the quizzes
- Personal product training at our company site
The entire recertification process only takes place in consultation with the respective Key Account Manager, who then organises everything.
Additional information about the training courses
Please note: Registration is required at least three weeks before the respective training date. Training during the fixed training weeks is free of charge and available as long as there is sufficient capacity – other dates are only possible on request.
The content focus of the training courses is agreed individually in advance and can be freely selected as required.
Por lo general, la formación tiene una duración de uno atres días. Here is an example of a typical schedule for a training day:
Individual arrival
- Welcome and introduction to the company
- Technical training as per the agenda
- Lunch break with a freshly cooked lunch
- Factory tour (Wednesdays, if required)
- Technical training as per the agenda
- Conclusion & feedback session
- Check-in at the hotel (please book the hotel yourself)*
Individual departure
The products are generally trained as follows (deviations after consultation):
- Tuesdays: Platform stairlift and PLV9 (approx. 08:00 – 17:00)
- Wednesdays: UnaPorte® , DuraPorte and PicoPorte (approx. 08:00 – 17:00)
- Thursdays and Fridays: QuattroPorte (from approx. 08:00 on Thursday)
After 17:00, the evening can be arranged individually. Here are a few restaurant recommendations in the area: Gasthof Scharinger, Luciano Altenfelden or Gasthaus Lang

*The following hotels are recommended:
Arriving by car: Confectionery Schröckmayr-Kastner, Gasthaus Lang or Gasthof Roither
Arriving by plane/train: Motel One Linz-Hauptplatz
By registering, you agree that photos taken during the training course may be used for publication on our social media channels, the Ascendor website and in Ascendor print products.
