Buy-back from the very first sale

Ascendor offers retailers a fixed buy-back option when they purchase a new platform stairlift.

Once the lift is no longer in use, it will be:

  1. collected
  2. transported safely
  3. professionally refurbished
  4. technically inspected
  5. resold

The buy-back applies to the lift unit only (including control panels) and does not include the rail.

REDEMPTION VALUE

Attractive redemption offer for PLG7 & PLK8

For the PLG7 and PLK8 platform stairlifts, Ascendor offers a trade-in value of between:

€1,000 and €2,000

The actual trade-in value depends on:

  • the age of the stairlift
  • its technical condition
  • its visual condition
  • the model and any optional extras

The final valuation is determined following an initial assessment by Ascendor.

CONDITIONS FOR REDEMPTION

Overview of the conditions

5 years

 

The lift must be in full working order:

  • it moves up and down
  • the emergency stop works
  • the platform opens and closes correctly

A video demonstrating that it is in working order is required.

The lift must be in a reasonably good condition.
Photos must be submitted in advance.

 

Only the lift unit, including the control panels, will be taken back.

The following items will not be taken back:

  • rail
  • supports
  • other installation parts

Special colours will only be accepted if they are in very good condition.
