Ascendor was nominated for Report Verlag's eAward 2024 in the ‘Services and Processes’ category as one of the best digitisation projects in Austria. Ascendor submitted the project ‘B2B portal for lift systems’ - a digital platform for internal processes and external services that combines a wide range of business processes such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 with the Ascendor B2B portal (‘Personal Area’). ✨ A bill of materials configurator, automated production planning and the evaluation of sales figures with ‘Power BI’ and a ticket system for customer service are all interlinked. International partners are integrated into the operating environment via technical interfaces and can easily create lift configurations online or show their customers 3D models of the lift as an augmented reality projection. Project data, drawings, changes and approvals are automatically transferred to the Ascendor project planning. Partners also receive their own access for lead tracking or online spare parts ordering.
