Ascendor offers motivated apprentices the Erasmus+ programme as part of their training. From 4 to 15 November 2024, Elias Gierlinger completed a two-week stay at ATC Lift GmbH in St. Ingbert, Germany, as part of the Erasmus+ programme. The internship was organised by the ALE association. Elias was able to gain valuable experience in special construction by assembling control cabinets, carrying out wiring tasks and taking part in the repair and assembly of a lift. ‘I was able to learn a lot from ATC,’ reports Elias. In addition to his work, Elias explored the surrounding area and enjoyed his free time in St. Ingbert and Saarbrücken. The internship not only expanded his technical skills, but also his independence and understanding of work processes.
