Ascendor receives ineo Award

Recognition as an exemplary training company

Ascendor has once again been recognised as an exemplary training company! At the ineo training company gala at the Wels Exhibition Centre, Ascendor received the coveted ‘ineo – Exemplary Training Company 2025–2028’ award.

The ineo Award is presented by the Upper Austrian Chamber of Commerce to companies that demonstrate particular commitment, quality and innovative spirit in their apprentice training. This means that Ascendor will officially be one of Upper Austria's best training companies for the next three years.

Ascendor trains apprentices in four exciting occupational fields:

  • Office clerk
  • Mechatronics
  • Metal technology
  • Technical draughtsman/technical draughtswoman

A particular highlight of the training programme is the Erasmus+ programme, which offers apprentices the opportunity to complete part of their training abroad – and gain valuable professional and personal experience in the process.

‘Our apprentices are the skilled workers of tomorrow – their training is of the utmost importance to us. We are delighted to have once again been awarded the ineo seal of approval,’ emphasises Managing Director Erwin Roither.

Ascendor has once again demonstrated that quality, humanity and further development are not only part of its products, but also part of its daily training programme.
