On September 2, 2025, Ascendor will participate in the inclusive job fair Meet & Match in Linz for the first time. Together with our sister company Biohort, we would like to get to know people with disabilities personally and expand our range of inclusive jobs.
Meet & Match is an innovative recruiting format that breaks new ground: instead of complex application processes, the focus is on direct conversations between equals. This allows applicants and companies to engage in conversation with each other in an uncomplicated manner.
