Communication

Communication at all levels of the company mainly takes place via our internal SharePoint, which serves as a central platform for the exchange of information and documents. In addition, regular shop floor meetings are held in which current topics, targets and operational challenges are discussed directly on site. This combination of digital networking and face-to-face communication ensures an efficient flow of information and strengthens understanding and collaboration throughout the company.

The quality policy is supported by our strategy. Adjustments are made annually at the annual meeting and are developed jointly. The objectives are communicated at all levels.
